How did this come to our attention?
Feeding & taking care of cows is just like taking care of your own mother. Cow, when we hear this word, the first thing that comes to our mind is Milk & milk products which are produced after fetching milk from the cow.
Cow as an animal is of significantly great importance & has roots dating back to thousands of years ago, when Gods also used to preach & shower their love on cows.
A type of variety of cow called Indian Desi Cow has a hump on its back, which absorbs the harmful ultraviolet radiation & gives a golden hue & texture to its milk, ghee & butter. The milk of Cow has various salts which helps to cure diseases of the human body. Urine of the cow also called “Gau Mutra” has medicinal properties which can even cure Cancer according to some studies.
Despite all these amazing benefits, we have done little to protect our Cows. Lack of proper waste management leads to the consumption of plastic by cows especially stray cows when searching for their food & can be very hazardous for them. Even though some of them are covered by cow shelters but the number still remains small. Some ill minded people sell cows to butchery for their meat without realizing the benefits they can reap from cows by taking good care of their livelihood.

In order to do something for our holy mother, Our organization has taken a small step to provide food mainly bread & chapati for her proper nourishment so that she doesn’t eat any hazardous substances & which could cause danger to her life. We encourage our volunteers or people who may not be volunteers but just want a healthy livelihood for our mother, to contribute any amount of financial assistance they can, which shall be further used to procure food for her.
